Welcome to Fixx-it! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fixx-it application (“Application”), a lifestyle application developed and operated by Level Up Tech (M) Sdn Bhd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Application connects home dwellers with vendors to solve home issues and provides a platform for managing neighborhood activities and records.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company.
1.2 License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.3 User Accounts
To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
- Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
- Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code through the Application;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application or the data contained therein.
3. Content and Services
3.1 Vendor Services
The Application connects you with vendors to solve home issues. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the services provided by vendors. Any dealings between you and any vendors are solely between you and such vendors.
3.2 In-App Purchases
The Application may allow you to purchase tokens or other digital goods. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Malaysia and foreign countries.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Application.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Application, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Application, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Application.
